Day 18 – Looking Back on a Week of Winter

During a winter walk with my wife and child, I came across this scene.
We pass this mill almost every day, but after the snowfall of the night before, it stood out more than usual.

The familiar shape felt quieter somehow, as if winter had briefly changed the pace of a place I thought I already knew.
